Strategy

Based on your campaign’s specific goals, we’ll align on your target audience, determine the ideal social media ambassadors for your brand, identify specific KPIs, and map out a timeline.

We’ll enumerate key dates, including email send-outs and content roll-outs, and flesh out program details like deliverables, incentives and compensation, processes, and tracking methods. All of this will be shared with you so you’ll have a firm grasp of what the whole program entails.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform Set-up

To efficiently manage the program, we’ll be using our CRM platform of choice to keep track of ambassadors, manage email send-outs, and monitor relevant metrics.

HubSpot is our CRM of choice and we use it for a number of functions, including management of ambassador lists and email correspondence.

Ambassador Outreach

Once we’ve aligned on and identified your ideal brand ambassadors, we’ll implement a number of ways to reach and recruit them to participate in the program.
This includes:

Social media, like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
Website submission forms
Internal and external databases
…and more!

Ambassador Correspondence

We’ll take care of corresponding with the confirmed brand ambassadors, from beginning to end, and make sure their experience is smooth, personal, and fun too! We’ll prepare all the emails, from outreach to feedback emails, and align the terms of the agreement with them, including:

Social media deliverables, guidelines, and content roll-out schedule
Incentives and compensation
Use of the brand’s creative assets

We also work together with our Engage Team to ensure everything is being thoroughly monitored and our ambassadors have everything they need for the program.

Monitoring and Reporting

We’ll ensure the program is running smoothly. Throughout the campaign, our team, together with the Engage Team, will be monitoring everything and making sure that the program is running smoothly.

We’ll be tracking relevant social media metrics (e.g. engagement rates, conversion rates) as determined from the strategy, and report key findings and insights, including feedback from the brand ambassadors themselves.
